Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     Very accommodating staff. The perfect hot out of the oven bread is crispy outside and they freely bring replenishments. Expertly handled a temperature I was not happy with (medium rare seems to have a different meaning from one chef to another). Eddie V’s is one of my favorites.

    Very nice overall. Excellent service and good food. We’ve had better experiences for the price, but won’t write off coming back at some point. Well worth trying and forming your own opinion.

    We had an issue with one of the entrees and the managing partner and team went completely overboard in correcting the issue and lavished us with so much that we were overwhelmed with gratitude. Superior customer service. They really take great care to make sure the customer experience is top notch. The food was great too!

    Food was cold & the fish was tough they apologized a ton. Waitress was nowhere to be found. Took 25 min to get our drinks once we put order in

    Eddie V's has always been very good & still is.Our last two visits were not so happy . Service has not been what we have been used to at Eddie V's.
