Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    We had an unforgettable dining experience celebrating our 6-year anniversary! Huge compliments to Chef Stephen and his incredible team for delivering flawless service, perfectly timed dishes, and an impeccable culinary experience. Every bite was perfection! Most importantly, a heartfelt thank you to our server, Brandy, whose exceptional attention to detail and warm hospitality made the night truly special. She leads with excellence and never misses a beat, making this year’s celebration nothing short of amazing!🍾🥂

    Was pressed for time - only had a glass of wine, oysters and lobster bisque - food was superlative - would certainly return if in the area for a full seafood dinner

    The dining experience was fantastic! From the delicious fresh meals, to the service everything was perfect! Our server Manny delivered exceptional service and was very attentive throughout our meal, as well as the other assistants throughout the night. The management team made sure the experience was impeccable, Ozzy the manager was very personable and professional, Executive Chef Stephen came out and greeted us, as well as the Sous Chef Jean-Carlos. Thank you the to staff for making this a memorable experience! Definitely will be back!

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner! Our server Amy was so gracious and went out of her way to make the evening special and accommodate my dietary restrictions. Oysters and sashimi were super fresh, steak and shrimp cooked to perfection, delicious sides, wine, snd cocktails. Lemon tart for dessert with a sweet anniversary wish. Live music in bar area was enjoyable and at the perfect volume to allow conversation.

    Great service, very happy with the menu selections. Everything was cooked perfectly. This is a nice change of pace from a traditional steak house.
