Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

I was there celebrating my birthday with my good friend Carol. Our server Carter could not have been more nice to both of us. We had the 10 ounce filet mignon which was perfect. It’s always a pleasure coming to Eddie V‘s and it’s at the top of my list always

Eddie V's was lively and busy when we arrived at 5 pm for happy hour. Our server Eva Marie who served us in the past was the best! She is gracious, attentive and provided us with excellent service. The food was awesome and drinks lovely. We had the filet sliders which was a slice of center cut filet cooked to perfection on a brioche bun. Filet tartare was tasty. We had both kinds of raw oysters and they were fabulous. Highly recommended go to place for us.

We were warmly greeted upon entering the beautiful space. We had reservations so they seated us immediately, allowed me to ask for a different table away from the entry traffic and accommodated us so well. The food was delicious with excellent table side service. Live music at the perfect volume topped off the evening.

The quality of a dining experience starts at the top. Management always gets blamed when things don’t go right, and management should get the kudos when it all goes well. Eddie V’s success in Palm Desert starts at the top. All the pieces fit: it starts with a friendly greeting, a manager that introduces himself, a service staff that exists to insure you’re comfortable with pace and all liquids refilled without asking. But, as good as all the service expectations being met, the excellence of the food is an equal portion of the experience. When all these elements come together: service, food quality, and the creation of a staff to live up to management’s vision, you are presented with the best dining in the entire Coachella Valley. That is Eddie V’s.

We had a lovely experience! The hosting staff ( I think maybe a manager?) was so kind and accommodated us inside because it was too chilly outside for my elderly grandma and they helped us out last minute on a busy evening. We loved the server and had such a hospitable team assisting us. The steak was excellent and LOVED the Brussels sprouts and everything we ordered. Highly recommend adding on the scallops. Would definitely recommend this steakhouse!
