Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Loved the crab fried rice, mini filet burgers and lamb chops! Bar vibe is classy and music just right. Molten chocolate cake rocked. Service very good!

My new favorite steakhouse. We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was perfect. They decorated our table with a rose, some heart confetti, and a nice note. We also received a complimentary glass of champagne. The food and service was great. The manager, Michael made his rounds checking how everything was. They ended the night with complimentary dessert. The bananas foster was so good. Will definitely be back.

It was a great experience. I loved the location in Chicago. Oakbrook location didn’t disappoint. Great place to spend my anniversary.

Food great as expected at this price point but what blew me away was the quality of service. The staff here is just outstanding. I’ve certainly paid this much for a good meal but I don’t think I’ve ever been waited on so well. When our waiter Mick wasn’t busy we noticed he was standing in the corner of the room just observing so he couldn’t jump in the very second it looked like one of his tables needed something. Lots of nice touches for Valentine’s Day ambiance too. We will most certainly be back!
