Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Good experience! I enjoyed the decor for the new year celebration, but please put crab legs with the hot butter back on the menu. My partner and I really enjoy the environment and ambiance and the quality of the meals prepared. Happy New Year!

We had 930 reservations on New Year’s Eve, and everything about our visit was too notch. We were greeted right when we walked in, and only had to wait until someone was available to sit down in the gorgeous dining room. Our server, Ashley, was lovely. She gave us some recommendations - get the beet and burrata salad! - and helped us pick out some wine. I had the Ahi tuna, and my husband had the salmon. Both were excellent, and we will definitely be back to try out other things on the menu!

Date night was made perfect by Jimmy, our server. Great drink recommendations - try the Eddie With Love. The sashimi was excellent too.

This was my first time at the new Oak Brook location. The downtown location had more of a sexy vibe with dimly lit room & soft music. The new one is a bit more energetic. A few slight changes but nothing too crazy… it was ok for me. Food was good👌🏽
