Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Excellent service. Food was a little expensive for the quality but still one of the better dinners I’ve eaten in Denver. Will definitely return.

We had such a lovely anniversary dinner at Eddie V‘s. The service was impeccable. The food was very good although one of my steak medallions was overcooked, the music from the live band in the bar which we were hearing over the speakers was wonderful music. We really think we will go back and have dinner in the bar some evening and listen to the live music.

Third time there this year, 3rd time my steak was not prepared right. 2 times over cooked and last night under cooked. Shouldn’t be that hard to grill a steak to medium. Oysters were great , waitress did her best but she forgot our wine … I think they were just understaffed for sure a busy night .

Dominic was amazing! Was so knowledgeable about the food and provided excellent service without being over bearing. Food was amazing and they have a really solid wine list. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service and food (Caesar salads, Sea Bass, Salmon, Creme Brulee). Do not skip the Smoked Old Fashion!!
