Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     el restaurante tiene una buena decoracacion y estilo, la comida estuvo muy rica, lo unico son los tiempos de espera para la mesa (ya se tenia reservacion) esperamos al menos 20 min, habia pedido decoracion de la mesa para cumpleanos no la tenian, entregaron una tarjeta equivocada de aniversario aunque luego la cambiaron.

    We had a great experience! Food was amazing. Trip was our server and he was amazing! It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they had a card for him on the table along with decorations and a cute dessert at the end for him

    Excellent food and ambience... music level was perfect. Just wished they would have at least in some way acknowledged our birthdays after asking in advance from the reservationist to the waiter, if we were celebrating anything special.

    Very nice meal. Excellent service. Food taste and presentation was fairly high quality, though not quite as good as comparably priced restaurants. Everything was prepared well except for the harissa roasted carrots, which were very tasty, but undercooked (I don't like cooked carrots to be soft, but these we're very close to raw) and came to the table cold. The steak came out more rare than medium, but was still delicious.

    6 of us had dinner on 11/7. Though not too crowded, everything from initial water, drink order, dinner order took way too long. When the server told us the food was being plated, yet showed up with it 15 minutes later, I was puzzled. I assumed it was not actually being plated when she said. Oh, but I was wrong. My steak could have been delicious, but it was luke warm by the time it arrived, My son's steak was identical. Another guest ordered a filet, and it was refrigerator cold(not an exaggeration) on the inside. I have never sent food back in my life, but that was ridiculous. The manager and server were excellent during the process, but the experience was memorable in a bad way. They did prepare another filet that was actually cooked. Meanwhile, out of politeness we slowly ate our warm steak so as not to be finished when his replacement steak arrived. They offered to comp dessert and champagne. The champagne never did arrive.
