Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. The service was excellent. We were seated in one of the smaller rooms which was less noisy than the main room which was nice. The caviar was awesome. The ribeye was probably the best I've ever had. The surf and turf (shrimp and 2 filet mignons) were very good. The au gratin cheesy potatoes were very good also but the caesar salad was non-traditional with olive tapenade and I would have preferred it to be traditional. I was very excited to try the bananas foster butter cake but the bananas were not ripe and the dessert overall was too sweet...and we had even substituted vanilla for the butter pecan ice cream which probably have made it worse. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and would go back again.

Server was excellent. It was a special event for my husbands work promotion and they brought out a hand written note and then a dessert. She was friendly but not intrusive. No judgement that we did not drink alcohol. Wish their non alcoholic drinks were greater selections. Overall excellent

I have loved Eddie Vs for years but it has recently become disappointing. The dress code is so casual now I feel like I’m at Applebees. My food was cool, not cold. My date’s potato was overdone although his filet was cooked perfectly. Service was fine but server was a bit too casually friendly. His energy did not match what we were hoping was a formal, classy evening. For the price, the whole experience was rather poor.

One of the most consistently good restaurants we have found. Even on a Tuesday night, the food, the service and the atmosphere were all exceptionally satisfying. They always make us feel welcome and recognized. Well done all around.

The food and service was excellent. My only complaint is that it was difficult to have a conversation. We sat a high top in the bar area and there was live entertainment very close to us. The couple next to us sat side by side after they finished eating since there is a bench along the wall side of the tables. The problem is you can't sit like that to eat since the tables are not wide enough. We did enjoy the live music - we will just be sure to sit at the bar, or in the dining room if we go back on a Saturday night.
