Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     The staff was accommodating and warm. Our server was attentive, friendly, and efficient. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal. It was moist with interestungvherbs. The green beans were done al dente - which not my preference it was apiced nicely. The ambiance was elegant and the live music was a treat! We'll definitely go again!

    The waitstaff was wonderful. They were so accommodating and pleasant even during the busy holiday. The food was excellent and has always been consistently good. When we made our reservation we had several requests that should have been written in “notes” but were missing. David, who greeted us upon arrival and was made aware of the situation was rude, spoke in an unpleasant tone, and he appeared frazzled. He needs to be removed from the welcoming committee. In the end, alls well that ended well.

    Everything from start was finish was perfect! Our server Drew crafted an amazing experience for us and kept us laughing and entertained through the entire meal!!

    Our server Darrel was excellent. He gave us time between courses and he was very knowledgeable. He even suggested a drink. The food was fabulous.

    The waitress and assisting staff were perfect! They never felt intrusive, but seemed to always be there when the water was low, wine glass near empty, etc. The food was prepared exactly as ordered. It was delicious! *noteables—we were celebrating a birthday and chose a high top for our party of four when we made the reservation. It was very comfortable.
