Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The wait staff behind the bar because we are dinner there was impeccable, The food was phenomenal & Juan is in a class all to himself. It was a fantastic experience to celebrate our anniversary and we will be back

Nick was our waiter. He was awesome and so was the food. My mom had the sole which is always so good and I had the lamb chops. Everyone was great. Will defiantly be back and ask for Nick.

Our server, Heather, was outstanding!…..pleasant,attentive, and did not rush us on a busy night like thanksgiving! Our meal was great…..my wife had the Chilean sea bass and I had the filet…..both cooked perfectly! Great thanksgiving….thank you!

An absolutely wonderful experience. It's obvious everyone who works there, from the hostesses and waitstaff to the chefs and general manager, take pride in what they do and want customers to have an extraordinary meal. They are succeeding at that for sure!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Our reservation was promptly honored, the food was delicious and beautifully served. The server was very attentive!

Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. Darian was our waiter and he was very attentive. The music was wonderful and we will be back for New Year’s Eve.

We had a wonderful dinner with the lovely Ashley and Andre. The Thanksgiving special was delicious along with the perfectly cooked filet, crab fried rice and cheddar potatoes. The pumpkin pie tart was Amazing!!
