Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Recognition needs to go first to our server, Ashley. A delightful personality, polished in her performance, friendly, all wrapped up into one young woman finishing up her undergraduate degree with plans to attend law school. My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays - one day apart - and had mentioned that in our Open Table reservation. In honor of that EV's gave us each a small glass of champagne, as well as an amuse buche and a palate cleanser (delicious raspberry ice). We shared the shrimp cocktail, comprised of 4 jumbo shrimp, and delicious sauces, especially the red sauce, and a clean-your-sinuses-horse radish. The caviar with blimi was beautifully plated, and maybe because I am not a regular consumer of caviar, I cannot comment on its quality Our entrees, lemon sole and salmon were delicious, especially the sole. Finishing our meal with a flambe dessert for each of us, also complimentary for our birthdays, was delightful. Definitely a restaurant worth eating at for special occasions.

We had a wonderful server. A lot of attention was paid to our friend for his birthday. Food was delicious and presented well. Thank you for a lovely evening.

The food was great and John's a great server. The food took a while to come out and we ordered a salad to start, so there was plenty of time. The noise level in the restaurant was louder than I expected but not a bothersome level.

Eddie V delivers a special nite out. The parking situation in Boca on a Saturday night was to be honest not great. Eddie V needs either a dedicated lot or Valet. To pay $20 to park after waiting 20 minutes for valet was not Eddie V like

Eddie V’s always delivers a top notch dining experience. Great food and service. A little expensive but this is how “fine dining” is supposed to be 👌🏽

My girlfriend and I had a date night last night. We had the seafood tower and absolutely loved it. The service was great and food was great. The noise level was moderate, due to the amount of people around. Overall great experience.

Our experience with four of us ordering one cocktail for two of the people, two salads to split, and four entrees took three hours. Very long wait between salads and entrees. Although the food was good, the long wait was not worth it.

It was our anniversary and the staff, server and manager surprised us with a decorated table and an anniversary card. This is the first restaurant that actually acknowledged and read specifics that opentable has you fill in with any specific requests and dietary needs. The restaurant made the diner feel welcome. The food was outstanding. I had the Chilean sea bass and my husband had The prime bone in NY strip. It was one of the most outstanding meals and experience we have had in a very long time. We look forward to our next visit.
