Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

This is our third time there in about thirty days and it’s rapidly become our very favorite place The service from front of house to bar to table is spectacular They make you feel appreciated listened to and special Everyone is upbeat and friendly and it is all about the prefect dining experience There is no hassle about sharing and splitting and the food presentations are beautiful and the taste is delicious I cannot say anything bad except it’s maybe hard to get a Rez sometimes bc it’s just such a great place

Another great experience at Eddie V’s. This was my first time at the Boca location. Food was awesome, as usual. Our server, Alana, was amazing. Would go back anytime.

Our server Osmond was amazing. His recommendations were spot on. Food was delicious - goat cheese mushroom arugula salad, salmon with carrots and spinach, and banana foster butter cake. The service was perfect. Two managers checked on us. Fantastic dining experience.

Recognition needs to go first to our server, Ashley. A delightful personality, polished in her performance, friendly, all wrapped up into one young woman finishing up her undergraduate degree with plans to attend law school. My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays - one day apart - and had mentioned that in our Open Table reservation. In honor of that EV's gave us each a small glass of champagne, as well as an amuse buche and a palate cleanser (delicious raspberry ice). We shared the shrimp cocktail, comprised of 4 jumbo shrimp, and delicious sauces, especially the red sauce, and a clean-your-sinuses-horse radish. The caviar with blimi was beautifully plated, and maybe because I am not a regular consumer of caviar, I cannot comment on its quality Our entrees, lemon sole and salmon were delicious, especially the sole. Finishing our meal with a flambe dessert for each of us, also complimentary for our birthdays, was delightful. Definitely a restaurant worth eating at for special occasions.

We had a wonderful server. A lot of attention was paid to our friend for his birthday. Food was delicious and presented well. Thank you for a lovely evening.

The food was great and John's a great server. The food took a while to come out and we ordered a salad to start, so there was plenty of time. The noise level in the restaurant was louder than I expected but not a bothersome level.
