Celebrate Thanksgiving at Eddie Merlot’s and join us for a traditional holiday feast. We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $49 per person ($24 for children). Heard much in advance. Very disappointed. Our server, Shane, was horrible. He spent at least 75% of our time there talking with a couple two booth away, totally ignoring other customers of his. He said he would bring water. Never showed. Had to ask other staff for water. Other tables got bread. We had to ask him for our bread. Service and food was very slow. Both of our different salads were drowning in salad dressing. Way too much. Ran out of our favorite bourbon before we could order. Calamari was undercooked. I ordered the Prime Ribeye, which was cooked perfectly with good flavor. The cheese on the jalapeno au gratin potatoes was granular. Upon arrival, they acknowledged my 75th birthday. Fifteen minutes later, this same manager came by our table and asked if we were celebrating anything special! She also said she'd come back and check on us when our entrees arrived. Never saw her again. Overall, a bad experience and we will never return, even though we really liked the ambience.

The ambience in the bar area and taste of our food was very nice. There was a group in the main room with entertainment using microphones and speakers and was distracting at times. We knew this going there so we could have changed our reservation to another day but we don’t have a lot of availability anytime soon.

Restaurant booked entire dining room to private group Sat. Night. Group used microphone extremely loud . The only seating available was overbooked side room. Restaurant should gave closed for private party or advised on open table limited seating. Very poor dining experience. Manager offered some compensation on next visit Seriously.

We dine regularly at Eddie Merlots & were celebrating my bday. There was a private event in the main dining room which forced us to sit at a small table in the bar. We had reservations way ahead. The food was good but our server was overstretched working the party and our table. Upon leaving, there was a sign posted that the restaurant was closed due to private event. We pay a lot of $ for fine dining here, and would have come on a different night had we been informed. It was definitely disappointing compared to our past dining experiences at Eddie Merlots.

Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary & had a wonderful dinner. Our server Lexi was great & took very good care of us. We plan to return soon.

Josh was our server. We have an adult child with autism who loves the cheeseburger and fries from the lunch menu, Josh ensured he could order for dinner. Josh was very attentive to all of our needs and referred to our son by name while keeping his drink filled the whole time. Our food was great as always!
