Great atmosphere and great food. The lobster mashed potatoes were different and excellent. Only complaint-minor- the bread was yeasty.

We were so excited to have our Anniversary dinner at Eddie Merlot’s. The food was not what we expected as my filet was cold when it arrived at the table, the Caesar salad was sub par and the wild mushrooms were flavorless. The booth we sat at was nice until we sat down and the seat cushion was cracked and old. Overall we were very disappointed and will not be back.

Chef must listen better to cooking instructions….server warned us items were coming out undercooked and sure enough the Steak was definitely not “Medium Well” for one guest and being he had to wait he was not happy. Apologies were rendered but nothing was accommodated. There was an offer of more drinks which was Not an option for us.John the Server was very good but over stretched.

Very slow. Cold food. All 10 of my parties meals were cold including the appetizers. Took over 30 minutes to get a glass of wine. Two hours to receive our dinner. Loved it in the past but will not be back. Too expensive to pay for cold food and poor service.

This place has gone down hill over the last few years. "Shareable" sides are too small, had to send 2 out of the 6 orders back for additional cook time, didn't bring out one of our wedge salads, Lobster Corn Chowder was room temp, with tip, $700 later, I would expect way more, definitely won't be coming back here.

Carson our waiter made the night. A great server and great ambassador. Kitchen was a little behind but food was excellent.

This was this was my first time at Eddie Marlots, and I have to say that the ambiance was great. The atmosphere was great when we walked in. Our table was not ready, when we got seated waitress came over. She was relatively friendly, but seemed a little overwhelmed possibly. We waited about a 1/2 hour for our food after our appetizers came. It was obvious that they were short staffed, our waitress only checked on us maybe 2 or 3 times during the whole night, and we were there approximately 3 hours. I'm not sure if I'll go back again for the price of the food,the service should have been a lot better.

It took an hour for the food to come it was overcooked so we had to send it back that was during closing time they offered to make another dish we decline and they gave us dessert
