I took my family for Christmas and the absolute star of the holiday (besides Jesus Christ himself) was Aaron (manager)!! It was a VERY busy day, they were overwhelmed but didn’t skip a beat. Food took a little long because of the festivities but I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s great to see a restaurant thriving! Our server Mikail (spelling?) was also a delight, we are grateful for people working on Christmas and making it special :)

Food was cold, the waitress was nonexistent 15 minute lapses between visits to the table. We shall never return. I asked the manager to put my shrimp sausage fillet and mashed potatoes in the microwave cause it was cold and he gave me attitude, but he did it and when it was hot, he just dropped it off and kept on walking no apology no, do you wanna bite into that see if it’s warm enough just dropped it and left

The service was excellent but the food was just average. Steak was cooked great but the sides need to be reevaluated.

Four of us had dinner Christmas Day and it was great! The bison filet is something special, flavorful and tender. The baked potatoes were enormous and perfectly baked. Justin was our waiter and was attentive without being in our space. He took very good care of us. The ambience was nice. The tables are well spaced so the noise level was low. Enjoy! We certainly did.

Adding to the experience was our amazing server, Moriah, whose exceptional service elevated our night even further. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her warm and attentive demeanor made us feel right at home. Too crowded and short staffed. Waited for food. Waited for drinks Waited for silverware. Waiting was the general theme Not the service you expect from a nice dining establishment.

I booked Xmas Eve reservations far in advance. Upon arrival for our 6:30pm reservations, We were told it would be a few minutes before we would be seated. It took well over 30 mins. Unfortunately my Senior mom was left waiting as well. The Atmosphere is great. I loved the bar club seat seating. I was not sure that football was appropriate for the TV viewing. It would have been nice to pipe in some Holiday music. The services was not great. Our waitress was often too busy to wait on us. The food arrive barely warm. An individual in our party order the 2 Lobster tails and asked the server if they could be removed from the shell. She was told "no, that they do not do this" Hmmm.... For the price and reply, I might think again about returning. I was also surprised that we constantly had to replenish our own wine glasses. The decanter was a nice touch - again the attention to detail was lacking. Not once did the waitress pop over to ask how things were or to top of the wine glasses. I expected a bit more personal and professional touch for a $600+ evening.
