With Echo & Rig Chef Sam Marvin has introduced a pioneering new concept transforming the long-held theories behind the steakhouse formula.

We put a unique nose-to-tail spin on the traditional steakhouse, allowing diners to indulge in the best cuts of meat for incredibly approachable prices.

A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for.

Our 7,000 square foot space is located in the Downtown Commons Neighborhood (DOCO) in the lobby of The Sawyer Hotel. Situated on the bustling J Street corridor facing the Golden 1 Center main entrance.

We have a versatile space: a private dining room with audio/visual capability, an outdoor patio, and an outdoor bar available for rent.

Situated on the bustling J Street corridor, we proudly share courtyard space with the Golden 1 Center. Originally opened in Las Vegas, Echo & Rig is touted as “The Best Group Dining Experience in Las Vegas”. We are truly a cut above the rest and a top choice for corporate and social entertaining. We have a versatile space: a private dining room with audio/visual capability, an outdoor patio, and an outdoor bar available for rent; we provide in-house food and bar service; and production and styling options. This was the best bday dinner for my husband. Our server, Eric, was fantastic, he went over and beyond to make sure our dinner was perfect and it was. Food was delish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, Chad, who cleared our dishes, was outstanding as well, he was friendly, polite and served us extremely well. We wish every server we have is like Eric!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best, polite, friendly, efficient and so courteous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect bday and evening.

Everything was great, absolutely excellent. But it is so popular, relaxed, and comfortable that the patrons conversation volume level was above normal, making it a challenge to chat with my friends. Never the less, I love this place and will return .

LOVED our experience! Staff were incredible and food was excellent. They took our dietary needs and remained thoughtful of them the whole experience. We weren’t rushed and encouraged to try different things. We will be back!

Service was good once we had it. Was delayed. Ambiance isn’t really that great. Fluorescent lighting and a sterile feel. Steak was alright, tasted a little burned.

First time here and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. The host explained that we would have to wait a little longer than our reservation because of other customers, but she checked in with us to ensure we were still ok. The waiter, Sebastian, was knowledgeable and attentive. He asked us at the beginning of the meal of any food allergies and when I advised him of mine. He told me he would ensure he looked at all food orders before it came out. Overall, the food was spectacular and so was the ambience. Very reasonably priced as well.
