Porciones pequeñas. Nada extraordinario en los sabores y presentación. Mal servicio. Se tardan mucho en servir los alimentos. Muy caro para lo que es.

Overall grade : Poor First the good thing, service was good. Our server was attentive and thoughtful. The same cannot be said about the food. We ordered chicken + waffles for my son, Veggies roles for the spouse and Poke + Salad for me. My son and spouse, both were dissatisfied with their dishes. My salad came out dipped in yuzu dressing - on tasting it immediately I felt that the salad was stale. It had this weird taste that you only get from stale ingredients. To their credit - they took the dish back and returned with salad without the dressing. This time around the salad was a tad better but now they reduced portion size of my poke. Finally, we ordered the tropical halo halo dessert, this was another monumental disaster. The shaved ice was way too course, even amateurs can put together a better dessert given the ingredients. It just felt the mantra of the restaurant is to make money without focus on food quality. This place had downright bad quality control, unbecoming of the Yamaguchi name. I had much better food and experience at food trucks in Oahu, this was a terrible waste of time and money. In the end, I felt thoroughly cheated, avoid this place.

Wonderful variety of food and simply terrific service. Very casual atmosphere and all of the staff are friendly/helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Outstanding food and service. Steaks were perfectly cooked and chocolate soufflé was a great ending to the meal!

I was unaware this was a “mall restaurant” - next to a parkade, with zero view and ambience. It felt similar to eating in a food court - which is totally fine if that’s what you’re looking for on your Hawaiian vacation. The cost of menu items is high, especially considering the location. Lackluster is the term that comes to mind. Food was enjoyable. Server was kind & helpful. I wouldn’t recommend though as there’s so many other options in Waikīkī for a similar price point but a much better dining experience.

Another great job by the staff who were always on top of things. Service was impeccable. Food did not disappoint. Impressed again by how even the GM and other managers step in to make my experience second to none. I’ll be back soon.
