I made reservations which were confirmed but when I went there the restaurant was closed due to water issues.

Had a very nice evening here with my fiance for Valentine’s Day. I was so glad I had my reservation because it was very busy and would have been a long wait to get in otherwise. Our waitress Christine?was very nice and personable and checked in on us regularly throughout the night. Would definitely go here again.

We ordered three seafood linguine pasta, and two of them came out really cold and super dark dark dark dark sauce. Also, the service was really slow.

The service was not great and the food was worse. I’m not one to complain or to write reviews typically, I know it’s a chain restaurant and not authentic Italian but the red sauce was the blandest sauce I’ve had in my life.

No issues at all with the food but the service could have been better especially since they weren’t overly busy. It happens sometimes, won’t stop us from coming back

There were only two servers on in the restaurant, which I can understand for a lunch shift, however the restaurant filled and the host did not slow down seating, which overwhelmed the servers. Our server was definitely very busy and didn’t check in with us much, but despite that, overall she did her best. Carbonara was watery, but ravioli was good.

Server did not attend to us until 15 min and when he arrived he was a mess. Very unprofessional and hands full of blue ink. He forgot our order and came back when or apps were done and asked to repeat our order. So that meant another 25 min wait for our mains.

Really great spot that feels like a buffet with the unlimited salads and soups (with purchase of entree) but the service is slower than expected for a restaurant that size.
