Food was cold, was no fault of the wait staff. We didn't have to wait long for the food, so it wasn't sitting out, I simply wasn't hot enough, like it came out of a microwave before it was done. Noodles undercooked, sauce bland, chicken dry, cheese barely melted. We were very hungry so we ate, rather than send it back. Waitress was new, and she was lovely but I didn't want to complain and have her take any kind of blame for what was clearly an issue with the kitchen. This wasn't one dish, it was all of the food, even the bread wasn't baked enough. There was a lot of staff on, tables were being served but in all honesty even other people's food didn't look appealing. The Cesar salad and garden salad were good. Tomato soup was "ok" but our main dishes were awful for a chain restaurant that should be more consistent.

Gotta say that the new Foodbot is pretty awesome - even if we didn't get our food delivered by it. Overall the food was great, but as usual, my drink was wrong and I had to ask and explain again what I was looking for. The staff always say that they forget that drink exists on their menu or that the buttons are too close together that causes the issues. I understand that mistakes happen, but there's no way that I'm the only one order that drink ever. The Calzones that we ordered were so tasty and really fresh! The food is always great!

We ordered our soup and salads they took forever to get to our table. The waitress asked if we wanted more soup and salads we all said yes and never received them. My entre tasted burnt was not enjoyable.

Good food and great service! Really nice to be able to reserve table online, without this, the wait is usually quite long to be seated.

East Side Mario’s is fast becoming our family’s favourite place to have their birthday dinner! The staff is friendly and attentive, service is quick and the meals arrived hot and delicious.
