We love love East Side Mario's we have been coming for years! The service is always kind and professional , the food is to die for and of course we cannot beat the prices! The server that we had last night Caryn was extremely kind, attentive and genuine she is wonderful asset to the East Side Mario's team. Please continue to sing her praises. Kindly please fix the doors ASAP at entrance as we stood outside in the cold for almost ten minutes, as well as be attentive should the team see customers standing outside . We were pasted multiple times by other servers ( Not Caryn) and team members , the door also has a window to see that. Had not a family been coming out of the restaurant we would have been standing there longer. Over all other then the door 10 out of 10 !

Excellent staff. Delicious food. Great deals throughout the week. The singing robot is a nice touch. A budget friendly family restaurant that can also be good for a date night.

Had a table of 10 for 3 combined birthdays and the food was great. The waitress checked on us and cleared tables as needed but not so often to make us feel rushed. They even sent out the robot to deliver the cake we brought and had it sing Happy Birthday to us. Highly recommended and will be back.

Our Waiter, she was all smiles always checking to see if we need anything but not to a point that it was annoying. She was fantastic. We have always loved our experience visiting East Side. Prices are affordable and food is delicious, you will always take a dish home the servings are amazing. Good Job

Got the bacon carbinara, which was very basic but fine, and got the chicken parmigiana which was..good enough. The chicken was burnt but still tasted good, but the spaghetti that came with it was the most ravioli esque spaghetti ive ever had. The desserts were really good, the salad was good, the soups were good, and the bread was good. Just sucked that our main courses were just...'good enough I guess'. Service was wonderful though.

Food was good. Quick service for a busy evening. Server was attentive and on top of all requests. It was a little chilly though as we were seated near the front door.
