We sat down, took 20 min to get glasses for the water, another 15 for our drinks to arrive. It wasn't an entirely busy night. Appetizers took quite a bit. Music was alright, maybe a touch lower. I'm not a negative Nancy and enjoy a great vibe to enjoy but tonight it wasn't a good vibe. Unfortunately one bad experience I will not be coming back. My first time was good, sadly second wasnt

Well the server accidentally broke the water carafe and spilled water and glass pieces all over my dress. I understand accidents happen but she should have done more than just say sorry considering I had to walk around with a wet dress not to mention the bits off glass I kept finding throughout the day.

Love Earls, always a great dining experience. It was very busy, but our server was attentive, and we were served in a timely manner. Perfect for date night.

The restaurant was full yet service was quick . Food was outstanding as always . Waiter has great customer service and waiting skills .

We went for a birthday lunch, which I specified on the reservation. No mention of it being anyone's birthday was brought up. When I brought it up, the waiter didn't even say happy birthday, nor ask if we wanted dessert. The service was extremely slow. It took over 40 minutes to get one drink that was ordered at the start of the meal. We had to ask for everything, plates, cutlery, etc. - and they only came back once, so the food ended up being cold by the time we got everything. Just really bad service, I've always had a good experience at other Earl's but this one was bad.

Very convenient location. Dark interior. So dark that one can't read the menu. Told on arrival that table was available for just 2 hours. However Order took over an hour to arrive. And was not complete. Food quality was very average for the pricing. Holiday crowd so understand the rush. Noise level very high.

Food service was extremely slow. Had to ask for missing cutlery and water three times. Was finally provided cutlery without napkins. Food took over an hour and a half and was not fully cooked. Terrible dining experience I will not be returning.
