This was a Christmas brunch on 29/12/24. Overall service was poor. Table booked for 7:30, got there 7:40 due to limited parking space. We had to wait 40mins as someone else was still being served on our table. Finally sat at 8:25, waiter brought a bottle of courvoisier with coke mixers in a bowl of ice and expected us to use the same ice for our drinks lol, he got us another bucket without tongs (we used hands to pick the ice, disgusting). starters were cold and came out 8:48, mains got served at 9:37. The saxophonist was off key and only played a few sounds. The waiter came with receipt @10:20 and did not deduct our online booking fee. He brought out our desserts packed in a box and expected us to take it away because another group needed the table. This restaurant is way too overhyped on social media. I have had better experience at lower cost. The worst way to spend £438 in 2hrs. The location is a zero, overall it’s 3/10

Went for an afternoon brunch. The brunch menu has no vegan options, no allergy menu. Limited vegetarian options (just 1 option) Music nice Ambience, nice However, it felt like we were being rushed out towards the end. The other party came whilst we were at our table. Service was a little slow but wasn't an issue for us as we were talking, but i had to go up to ask for drinks. Gave us the bill but forgot to bring my sisters birthday cake. All worked out in the end. Nice evening over all.

The table time limit was not a nice rule as we were unable to enjoy out evening. We had to leave and were hurried out

The cocktails were watery and too sweet. The food was mid. The DJ (Mercedes) was good.

We came too early, but we were still seated. We were offered seats, and the only thing was we did not like where they were and couldn't change them apart from that staff were attentive and great. Great food, no salad options.

I was rather disappointed with my experience at Eadn, the service in particular. I had a party of 6, we ordered starters and 1/2 my party received their starter whereas the other 1/2 had to wait a further 20 minutes. Before the second half of starters were brought out, the mains started being brought to the table. In my case my sides came out and had to wait a further 20 minutes for my chops, which of course meant my sides were cold by the time my chops were brought to the table. Another issue was when the table was cleared. The waiter brought the bill, which we didn’t ask for and were not ready for as we had planned on getting desserts and more drinks. When I asked why the bill was brought out when we had not asked for it, I was told because our time was almost up, even though there were at least 6 empty tables of various sizes. I must admit I was let down by the experience as I was really looking forward to it, especially as it was my birthday.

We arrived late due to circumstances out of our control, on arrival we were told that our deposits were non - refundable and that we had to spend £300 in 30 mins, when we wanted to order food we were given a hard time initially being told we were not allowed to order. Decor was nice. Security staff were very rude and clearly were on a power trip. Just generally chaotic and to be honest their phone lines are always unresponsive so impossible to communicate with them.

Really enjoyed the Shisha lounge with and live music/ dj, they made me feel special on my birthday. After we had the table for 2 hours we had to leave, so I wish we would have been able to stay in the venue and not have to re queue to enter. Other than that it was good vibes and I’ll be back!
