On this, The restaurants original site, Doyles on the Beach opened Australia's first seafood restaurant in 1885. We have been family owned and operated for over 5 generations.

The restaurant internationally famous and a mecca for Sydneysiders and tourists alike, offering a stunning range of fresh seafood for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.

Family Friendly, Great for date night!, indoor & outdoor dining located right next to the beach. We cater for families, business lunches, special events, weddings & special occasions. private rooms available.

Visit our newly opened open-air Garden Bar (open daily 11.30am - late) , try one of our refreshing cocktails, a draught beer or a glass of wine before dining in the restaurant or why not order from the garden bar menu. (reservations excepted for both the restaurant & garden bar)

    The setting, service and elegant simplicity of the menu was outstanding. We enjoyed the baked Camembert for starters. The garlic prawns were amazing for entree. For our mains we had the Market Fish (incredible Asian flavours) and the John Dory fish and chips all while overlooking picturesque Watson Bays and views to the city. Our desserts were sublime, Sticky Date, Affogato and Pannacotta. The best part was the service…welcoming, timely and helpful. Thank you Doyle’s for this memorable Dining occasion.

    The whole experience was amazing, from my first contact to book to the actual day itself. The food was so fresh, hot and tasty. The staff were engaging, friendly and efficient. The view was to die for.

    We enjoyed a lovely meal at Doyle’s last night. We took visitors from overseas & we all loved the food, service & ambience of the restaurant. We were fortunate to sit on the upstairs balcony & had a stunning view of the harbour & the city as the sun was setting. Simply beautiful. The barramundi was lovely, as was the wine. It was a perfect evening & so simple to get there by ferry.

    Just as I remembered it from when we last visited back in 2018. Food and service were excellent and our table was in the best position on a corner of the balcony overlooking the bay with the Sydney skyline in the far distance. It was perfect! Thank you so much for an amazing experience.
