Established in 2016, DOUGH by Licastri offers the finest pizza and breads, crafted from an almost 100-year-old family recipe perfected by the late Stephen Licastri. Combining traditional techniques with modern methods, our dough features the best ingredients, including all-natural sourdough starter, locally sourced wheat flour, and Fleur de Sel sea salt, culminating in a three-day rise process. Our Silver Lake location on Staten Island provides a unique dining experience with a full bar and outdoor seating, perfect for any occasion. Excellent meal all around. House salad, baked clams, lasagna roll all delicious. All pizzas and tuna sandwich are So good!

The Grandma's pizza was freshly made and delicious. Salad was perfect size for 2 people to share. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my third time eating here and it will not be the last.

The pizza is amazing - I’ve tried several and they all taste great. However, don’t forget the entrees served with a delicious potato croquette stuffed with stringy mozzarella! So far the pastas and entrees make it hard to decide about having that or a pizza. We ordered both!

Great food, service, and location. The staff are terrific. Great Pie! Great Salads! The bar makes terrific mixed drinks too. We love it.

Love Love Love the pizza!!!!!! The servers are awesome.....Isa attended to us on all levels & made sure we were well taken care of. Mario is our regular server...always a pleasure!

First time dining here, we sat outside. Staff very attentive, food was delicious and presentation impeccable. The wide variety of dishes made it difficult to choose. I highly recommend this unique dining spot.
