Our service team was attentive, humorous and welcoming, but the food left much to be desired. These excellent people should work at a restaurant with a cooking staff more steeped in the target culture and cuisine. Would not return, would not recommend.

Second dinner at Dos Olas. Food was excellent (Tres Tacos for myself, shrimp, and my wife, chicken). Drinks were good -- local craft beer for me and a Texas Ranch Water for her. Very good service. Would go again.

All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our server Wendell was excellent. The food came quickly and was wonderfully presented. The food also had great flavor and was very good. The price was very reasonable for the location. I would definitely return again.

Food was good but server was doubling as a bartender I think so not as attentive as should have been.

My husband had the pork chop, I had the chicken enchiladas. Both were DELICIOUS!! We'll be back for sure!

Our server, Mike, was great! The food and drinks were amazing. Can’t wait to go back! It will be a Park City staple for us.

Everything from service, to ambience to of course the food was absolutely AMAZING!!! Alex was our server and was incredibly wonderful! He recommended the fish tacos and carne asada fajitas!! We are sooooo happy we listened to him! We also got a big order of the best guacamole we have ever had (truly) and the ceviche is out of this world! Thank you to Alex, Sebastian and all at this wonderful restaurant for making our night beautiful all around!

They offer an elevated corn based gazpacho which I didn’t love. Sounded better than the reality. Purely personal preference. Also the 3 taco meal option requires you to choose only one protein for all 3 tacos, no mixing and matching. Service was attentive.
