Born out of our love of fine wines and delicious food, Dock of the Bay - Gravenhurst has become the premiere location for casual dining in Muskoka. After traveling the world and sampling different cuisines, we decided to make our way back home and bring the world to us.

Chef Darren serves gourmet meals prepared with only the freshest produce. We ensure the quality of our dishes with the quality of our ingredients.

Our biggest challenge was finding the right, high-quality ingredients for the dishes we wanted to serve. We are dedicated to offering only the finest and freshest foods. We have also taken great care in assembling a team of only the best chefs, experienced kitchen and servers.

The steak on their slider was tough and not very tasty on one of the 2 folks that ordered the slider The shrimp on the the shrimp and scallops was also not up to the usual standard for this restaurant. This was the first time in our many visits to that restaurant that everything was not as good as usual.

Appetizers were served at a tepid temperature; scallops and crab cakes. Both entrees were mediocre. I had dined here before and the food was good enough for me to return but I doubt I will dine here again.

We sat next to the water, the view of the sunset was fantastic. Our server was friendly and very helpful and the food was above and beyond!
