District Bites is a full service bar and restaurant, featuring a scratch made menu made from local ingredients, on premise restaurant for District E Powered by Ticketmaster. Centrally located in the historic Chinatown neighborhood of downtown Washington, D.C., District E Powered by Ticketmaster, is located adjacent to Capital One Arena, the home arena for the NBA’s Washington Wizards and NHL’s Washington Capitals. We used to go to Clyde’s before the Caps games, but District Bites is our new favorite! Food and drinks are awesome with a wide selection. Staff very attentive.

Perfect pregame spot. Good food, good service, prices good for area and well below inside the arena. 5:15/5:30 was great timing to enjoy food and have plenty of time to get to seats and enjoy some pregame activities. Nachos are great as an app for 2-4 people or a meal for 1-2.

Only saw waitress when she took our order. Wine was served in a Champagne glass instead of white wine glass and issue was never corrected. Side order of French fries was never received, waitress never showed to see if we wanted seconds on drinks, food when delivered by a different person was somewhere between warm and cold, . Worst dining in a long time

The host sat us in a closed section but server Bo saved the day. He’s the best and took excellent care of us.

I am a Capitals season ticket holder. My wife and I go to every game. This time, I made the mistake of choosing District Bites at District E to eat before the game on Sat 12/14 and made reservations. But when I got there, they said there were no servers and I could sit down, but it was going to be a while. No explanation, just sorry it's gonna be a while? You lost MY business!

Food showed up before drinks, and without silverware/napkins. Food was ok for the price, but was what I expected given location next door to arena. Can you afford to spare some ketchup? Had to ask twice. By the time an insufficient amount showed up, the french fries were cold. Needless to say, with so many other choices around, I will go somewhere else next time. I guess I should think twice about a restaurant close to the arena when I can get a last minute reservation.
