Welcome to the Dining Room at the Guardsman Buckingham Gate. Each of our tempting dishes is created using the season’s freshest locally sourced ingredients. Our menus change regularly to showcase the best ingredients our chefs can get their hands on, but you can expect modern twists on British cuisine. And with its modern design and open interiors, The Dining Room is the perfect place setting for everything from business lunches to cosy suppers and nightcaps.

Our food and beverage offering will showcase the best of local produce, ensuring quality British ingredients are used in a modern, classic way. Our menus will feature signature dishes which will be available daily alongside a selection of daily, weekly and seasonal specials. Our service times are only suggestions and if you wish to request a bespoke dish prior to your stay or during then our team will be happy to assist.

Valentines night we’re the only two people dining food was terrible poorly cooked and presented.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Staff seemed new and untrained. Took 45 minutes to get a cocktail with only 8 other people in the room and the bartender did not know how to make a cocktail on its own cocktail menu, a simple Manhattan. They did not have the wine cafe selection that was on the menu and when asked if they had a glass of Burgandy instead, they showed me a bottle that was not. This also took 45 minutes. The menu was very limited and what we ordered was mediocre at best and took over 75 minutes to arrive. We were about to walk out when it showed up.
