We strive to serve exquisite food and give excellent service. Dillard's specializes in traditional American steakhouse fare including Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye's, Wagyu, and more. Our side dishes range from Lobster Macaroni and Cheese to Garlic Smashed Potatoes, and are portioned to be shared with others at your table. The wine list is both exceptional and unique to this town as we tend to find wines that other dining establishments haven’t yet discovered. Our cocktail menu rotates with the seasons, utilizing fresh berries and herbs to highlight our spirits.

Not a high end restaurant as it was described. Totally understaffed with no host. Waited at check in for 15 min with no greeting. Had reservations but it didn’t matter, they didn’t have the capacity to serve the existing tables. Eventually we left.

We have no idea what the food would have been like. We had a reservation at 7:00. Arrived 15 minutes early, 20-30 people in line not one person at the host stand. No one ever showed up to seat anyone. Horrible service.

We we never seated or acknowledged by anyone. It was a busy night (that’s why we made reservations) so we waited almost 30 minutes before leaving but no one ever acknowledged us or apologized for the wait. There was a line of people who had reservations waiting to be seated and we were just ignored. It’s not like they didn’t know it was going to be a busy night, it was a planned event.

Very very underwhelming. Took 20 minutes to even be greeted to sit down. Out of what we ordered they were out of 6 items and tried to upsell alternatives. Steak was over cooked and cold. No bartender was available to serve alcohol. Only 2 people were serving the entire place and we saw at least 6 groups walk out. 2 items that was ordered never came out. Party of 4 and every persons food came out at a different time. The check had items added that were not available.

AWFUL! NO NOTE ON OPEN TABLE SAYING MENU WOULD BE LIMITED. EVEN WITH LIMITED MENU STANDARD ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILBLE: BLOODY MARY MIX, SAUCE FOR FRIED SHRIMP..... A REALLY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. LIKELY NOT TO RETURN. THE KITCHEN WAS SO SLOW IT WAS RIDICULOUS.

VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! THERE WAS NO MENTION IN OPEN TABLE THAT THE REGULAR MENU WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE. NO MUCH TO ORDER. KITCHEN WAS SLOW AS MOLASAS. BAR OUT OF BLOODY MARY MIX. KITCHEN OUT OF SAUCE FOR FRIED SHRIMP. OVERALL A VERY DISAPPOINTING OCCASION LIKELY TO ELIMINATE A RETURN EVER. THEY SHOULD BE OFFERING ME AND HUSBAND A FREE DINNER. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE SWEET WAITER, CHRISTOPHER.

We had lunch reservations. We arrived and the restaurant was not half full with plenty of seating. We waited a few minutes and had to track down someone to help us. We were handed menus and told to sit wherever we wanted. We sat for 5 minutes with no service then realized that no one in the restaurant has food on their tables and were also looking around for sservers. We got up and left. This was very disappointing after the great dining experience we had at the Dillard's location in Tuscaloosa. Sadly we will not be back. Also, the lunch menu that we were handed is completely different from the menu available online. There were very limited options.
