Diego-Hernandez Restaurante is nestled within the iconic Wine Museum in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe. As a pioneer of sustainable cooking in Mexico, Chef Diego Hernandez showcases the rich flavors and traditions of Baja California.

The menu features the region's whole, traceable foods, including exclusive varieties of vegetables and fruits from the off-site garden, and whole animals sourced from a local cattle ranch.
