Devlin’s Country Bistro and Catering is upscale Contemporary dining with continental cuisine. We are located in the quaint village of Mount pleasant in a newly renovated 200 year old home. We are known for our locally sourced ingredients and scratch made cuisine. Our canadian prime grade, dry aged steaks are sought after by most along side our renown caesar salad, seafood linguine and oysters.

Evening out with a group of friends. Started with some refreshing beverages, then a few starters (try the Crab Cakes) and then had the Surf & Turf 2.0 with a recommended red wine. Great service, very very good food which was an excellent value. Finished with coffee and dessert. Better then the well known steakhouse in Brantford as everything was a better value; and we could even talk to each other at the table as the room was quiet.

It’s always a great time going to this amazing restaurant. Food is always good, the staff are wonderful. Clean and classy atmosphere, great hospitality.

The food and atmosphere is always outstanding. The only thing I would suggest is that you have some more moderately priced wines by the glass for your customers. Although the wine I chose was wonderful, $25.00 for a 6 oz. glass is rather pricey.

This was our first time and most definitely will not be our last. Where does one start when everything was top rate. Our server Georgie was lovely; knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to chat with. Brendon the sommelier was perfection. His knowledge was excellent and his care for us and recommendations took our experience over the top. Now for the meal … the mussels as other reviewers had noted are amazing the only complaint would be not enough bread to sop up the heavenly broth. The portions of the mains were perfect for my husband and generous for myself….a perfect leftover lunch ☺️ When your first experience is this good you need to return for a repeat performance 🥰

We enjoyed it very much. Food is very good I had the smoked short Ribs. So tender and flavour full. Service is great and staff explained the Menu for us. Also the Cocktails where very good.

Fantastic from start to finish. Our waitress, Georgie, is such a delight and excellent at her job - sweet, funny, attentive, yet not overbearing. The sauce for the mussels is next level! The ‘All Aboard’ platter will surpass your dining dreams - delicious high quality food and plenty of it. We will be back!
