Our family loves Delucca, but tonight (2/16/2025 at 6:40 PM) was our worst experience ever. It started great, but midway through, our table was completely neglected. Despite multiple requests for dessert pizzas, we waited 30 minutes, and no one ever brought more. Frustrated and offended by the neglect, my kids and I got up and left unsatisfied. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’d appreciate a follow-up regarding this disappointing experience.

This place never disappoints. The service, the food, all of it is TOP NOTCH. If you have never tried Delucca then you are missing out!

overall it was a good experience, we came in couple years ago so we had an idea what to expect. the reason why I did not leave 5 starts: 1, they never refilled out lobster bisques, they did not have a bag holder, not sure where they expect my purse to go when I am eating, surely not in my lap. 3. the tables were cramped so tightly together that I was constantly inconvenienced by people walking around and either touching me or hitting me or apologizing.

This is one of our favorite places to go. It’s relaxing, the food is amazing, and the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Delucca was a unique environment and overall a fun experience. The cocktails and service were top notch. The pizza, meatballs and salad were very good and it's really fun to try them all. Not my favorite pizza or salad or dessert ever but the idea of getting to try so many definitely wins over the taste. Just two of us went and we had to get somewhere but I think this is so fun for a big group and a long, relaxed dining experience. I will definitely bring my big family back here sometime & will see if Maria can host us.

Thankfully the manager stepped in and saved the day. I had a reservation with a wheelchair and when I arrived, originally there wasn’t a table that was accommodating so I was told I would be waiting for one of the few tables that would work. This was frustrating since they didn’t acknowledge my note and need ahead of time. (I was very clear in the notes of reservation. Again, thankfully the manager heard the issue and was happy to solve the problem. Great service by him!

Good idea, but definitely not somewhere I think I’ll return to. We were incredibly annoyed with service- we kept getting approached when our indicator was set to red. They kept insulting our conversation when we had clearly indicated we were good. The food was underdone and felt soggy. I like the thinness of the crust, but it was so floppy it grossed me out. It was so incredibly loud. I felt like I was having to shout across the table to my husband. I think it would be great for family’s but not great for date night. The best part of the experience was the drinks, absolutely loved the drink we got!

Samuel did a wonderful job telling us about the menu and drinks, he was very attentive and kind. We also spoke to the manager, Israel, who checked in on us. The food was superb as always. This remains one of our favorite restaurants ❤️

We have had great experiences at Delucca in the last but last night we would either get 4 stops all at one with pizza with repeated toppings to the table and then completely ignored and walked passed. Some of the pizzas toppings would be brought by with the same flavors 3 times in a row even after we said no thanks we already had that offered multiple times, some never brought to the table such as the pepperoni, then when we asked for a specific type again they just ignored our request. Multiple servers did this more than once, some didn’t even speak loud or clear enough to know what we were being served, had to ask them to repeat themselves. Our waiter had to be asked on 3 occasions for more water and on the 3rd finally brought some, then tried to bring our checks before we ever finished our pizza and was offered dessert pizza. I don’t know the time limit or operations of how the pizza is brought by each table but we clearly watched them walk right past our table multiple times (yes we had our table card on the right side) and ignore any requests.

I love delucca but I wish they would pay attention to the table cards. We had turned it to red and they would not stop coming. Not a big deal but the restaurant wasn’t busy so they came to our table every couple of minutes to say “excuse me ladies” and interrupt our conversation. It was becoming impossible to talk.
