I wasn’t even seated, I arrived promptly for my reservation and was informed their pizza oven wasn’t working and they were no longer accepting diners. This isn’t solely a “pizza” restaurant so I found that excuse unacceptable. A serious restaurant would not deny guests, or at the bare minimum should try contacting guests via email or calling them (especially since websites like OpenTable provide that contact info) and inform them of an issue. It is very hard to find another suitable restaurant to go to at 8pm with no reservations.

My experience at Deia Beach restaurant was excellent. The server Smart Kemar was very informative and helpful with the menu. The food was excellent. The taste was good. The service came out quick and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant at the beach of course was was one not to miss

Very nice place with absolutely delicious food. Marquis attended our table and he was very nice.

Normally the restaurant is very good. One always complains about the noise level. This time service was very poor! The food was fine when it finally arrived. We had to beg for coffee, sugar never arrived. We almost left without paying as no one seemed interested in coming to the table for our payment! The restaurant wasn’t busy. The excuse given was staff training. Not good enough

Tbh I was abit skeptical due to the reviews I saw, however the service was great ,staff were great , 10/10 my friends and I really enjoyed the food n ambience.
