   All my husband wanted for his thirtieth birthday was to go out on a date with me - we hadn't been out on a date since March 7, 2020, before the world shut down. I'm so glad that I found Deep Blue at Kitty Knight to celebrate his milestone birthday! We had such wonderful service that were very accommodating of my allergies - I am allergic to gluten and pork, so eating out can be difficult. Shout-out to Larry and the kitchen staff for making sure I could be safe and relax while chilling out with my husband! Portion size is excellent; we were both so stuffed that dessert was out of the question! I'm so grateful we got to spend an hour at Deep Blue!

   Friday night in early March found only six of 24v tables occupied during our almost two hours spent at Deep Blue at Kitty Knight. Thus, noise level was quiet, but would see seasonally adjustment as this location should get quite busy in warm weather. Cocktails good, but nothing special. The crab dip appetizer was just the right size to share, and not get too full...great tortilla chips! Entrees of beef short ribs over potatoes with broccolini was, again, good, with moist beef, but a notably larger-than-usual- amount of inedible fat with the meat. Pork spare ribs ("St. Louis" ribs) sere mostly moist and tender, with five ribs constituting a "half rack". The house-made BBG sauce was short on flavor. Sides of French fries and cucumber / onion salad were above average. WE scanned the dessert menu, saw only "the usual suspects", and passed on dessert. Server Mackenzi was patient, attentive, pleasant, helpful, and upbeat. She is an asset. Prices were like the food....neither great nor terrible. Would expect a distinctly different vibe and atmosphere throughout the warmer months of the year, with potential for enjoyable outdoor bar scene. One can hope that the food can ramp up by then.

   Great views; location was excellent! Food was tasty, with interesting and complementary elements. The Shore Hot Chicken was spicy, but not overly so. The fries that accompanied the sandwich were well seasoned and plentiful. Service was good, neither bothersome, nor scarce. I would highly recommend Deep Blue. The sunset views are quite romantic!💘

   Nice environment, but the food took over 30 minutes, and when it came out, it was cold.

   Great spot for a date night! Room was very nice looking. Only thing we didn’t like was being sat at the high table but we weren’t going to make a fuss about such a small inconvenience. It was great!

   We ordered the filet dinner. My wife asked for medium well and I asked for well. After 45 minutes our steaks arrived. My wife’s was well done instead of medium well. Mine was overcooked well done. Both steaks were extremely chewy tuff. The room was freezing cold. Service was ok. Was not worth the expensive prices.
