We love Debutant, however the visit Sat night sadly wasn't up to their usual standard. Service was very slow, people served in front of us that came in after us, a few menu changes left us a little disappointed, had to ask for water, grab our own wine list. Was a very busy evening and the noise level was very high. We will return , last night just didn't deliver on our expectations.

We had a group of six in the upstairs private dining room on a Saturday night (6pm to 9:30pm). In summary, we all agreed that we had one of the best meals in a very long time. The selection of entrees had amazing flavours, the meats (beef and duck) were cooked to perfection and the desserts, well, we licked those plates clean. The waiters were excellent, chatty and attentive. Well done and thank you for a great night!!

Do yourself a favour and visit this restaurant for a special experience. The food was impeccable, everything else was 5 stars We were talking about our lunch the whole way home. Wollongong is incredibly lucky to have such an establishment. Magnifique !

Three of us ordered different meals and all were nicely presented and well enjoyed. Meals were quite different to normal restaurants we attend. First time at this restaurant but surely to visit at regular intervals. Service excellent.

The experience of dining at this magnificent restaurant was the food. The steak tartare is made to to perfection and the beef Bourguignon is delicious as for the cheese soufflé, amazing Steaks are cooked to perfection. You also have to try the Paris mash it literally melts in your mouth. To top off the experience we had Daisy to serve us who was great in every way. We definitely will be returning to try the other dishes on offer. Thank you Debutant for a great luncheon.
