Made a reservation for 6:30 PM. Arrived at 6:25 PM. Hostess was very rude when checking in. No tables were available (even though we made a reservation), so we waited to be called for our table but never got it. Waited until 9 PM and still never got called for our table, so we left.

Long wait times. Took an hour and a half before I was ever told what I ordered, they didn’t have. Finally reordered only to get the food when the rest of the table was ready to leave . I ended up taking my food to go. We never got some of the drinks, waters, etc we ordered either. The entire table was annoyed. While the food and drinks we DID receive were good(pretzel dogs, fish in chips instead of the ribs I ACTUALLY ordered, etc) Other tables around us grew fatigued from waiting as well. So I’m not sure if this is a kitchen or server issue but the communication is poor, And the service is worse.

It took about 10 minutes for the waiter to come take our order, though he was very friendly and courteous. Fries were slightly overcooked but tasted good. The All American Smash burger 🍔 was Awesome. Games were very fun. Definitely will go back.

We made a 5:45 reservation. However, they do not honor reservations. We were told to stand in a 30 minute line and they would see what was available, when we got to the hostess.

Overall I was pleased, however, the kitchen staff was horrible in getting the orders out in a timely matter. Several in my party waited almost 45min for their food to come out after it was placed. This is unacceptable. Please speak with the staff about this. Sharitta and the manager was very accommodating to myself and my party and we were appreciative! Thank you!

Unfortunately, we will never dine here again! We had a reservation for 2:30 and were told that they would not be able to honor it. The hostess talked about us to the other hostess like we weren’t standing right there. Then, they proceeded to sit three families before us. We weren’t going to be sat if I hadn’t went and confronted the situation. The food after sitting there for a hour was mediocre at best. Service was poor. Going forward, we will eat BEFORE stepping foot in Dave and Busters.

When I checked in I was advised that the bartender was going to be our waitress because they’re short staffed. I told them I completely understand and she took our drink orders. But then someone came in extra. She was great!! Great customer service. Everyone was nice and attentive. I would definitely go back.

Our server was amazing and deserves more than 5 stars! The loss in stars comes from the hostess. Our table was cleared and my jacket removed, even though we were still present. I got back to the table and was waiting for our server to find out what happened and the hostess came up and rudely told me she needed the table and that I had to move. I told her no because it was my table and was cleared and my jacket removed without my knowledge and that I was waiting for my server to return with my bill and my jacket. The hostess rolled her eyes and just stood there with the customers she was trying to seat at my table and made the situation more uncomfortable than it needed to be. When I finally checked out and got my jacket back, I told the server that the hostess was very rude and she apologized and said the hostess was new and despite our server telling the hostess 3 different times that we were not done and to not clear our table, she still did.
