We keep going back, hoping for a better experience yet get disappointed again. My husband told me he doesn't want to go there anymore We came for the $40 date night for Valentine's! We made a reservation on open door. My husband arrived as scheduled & was seated quickly. He ordered an appetizer, specifying no pico. I arrived probably 20 minutes later, the appetizer hasn't arrived. I've i arrived, we placed our ordered, the waiter was very nice & quick. A little later then appetizer arrived, the waist noticed the pico, said that's not supposed to be on there but never offered to have it remade. (There was actually a lot of pico & my hubby doesn't eat tomatoes.) I had to flag him down & ask to have it remade. So, of course, our food came before the appetizer, one of my husband's biggest pet pieces at a restaurant. Other than that, the food was good. Last time we were there they cleared our table while we were playing games, this time, thankfully they didn't so we played games & came back. The games are over priced. We each had a $20 game card each & only got like 5 or 6 games because each is like 8-10 chips. Basically our $40 date night was dbl that because they get you with uncharge & entice you into buying more game chips.

Our server kept messing up on our tabs, incorrect food was coming to our table, drinks took long to arrive, never got our waters that we ordered, and never got refills on the kids drinks only the adults.

We were there to see a WWE Royal Rumble and ended up staying four hours at our table to watch the whole thing. Staff was very kind and kept checking on us. The manager came by to make sure we were happy. It was pretty nice. Eating out has gotten so expensive but I feel like we got a ton of food and it was cheaper than I expected it to be. I appreciate the number of food options. It is a chaotic environment but you can tell they think a lot about logistics and making everyone happy, even with so much going on. Considering it was a busy Saturday night with multiple groups of 10 to 20 people, I think they did a pretty good job!

Dave and Buster's was great. Went to celebrate my grandson's birthday. He had the best day ever and I quote. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food came out hot and delicious. The reservation made our visit seamless. Can't wait to go back.

Not to happy I had a xane... I wish it was like it used to be if we had a prefrence on seating i had a cane and was put at 2 places was difficult for disables... got there bout 2p didnt get to get drinks n missing 1 after 2:30 didnt get to order for long time.. there was few groups but more busy after we got food n my fries were cold. Also never waited long enough to see if need anything else. And niise was extremely loud i felt i had to yell to order.

The waiter we had was amazing! We’ve had multiple birthday parties with Dave N Busters! We can’t recommend them enough.

Made this reservation in advanced and they couldn’t accommodate us. Said they didn’t have enough staff and that all the tables were bar stool style. No handy cap seat for an elderly guest. We had to skip the food here. My bother in law was looking forward to eating here for his 21st bday. Arcade machines were dirty and unmaintained. Just an overall poor experience.

Service was slow , waiter walked by and we tried so many times to flag him down. Some food drinks didn’t come out as well as food. Desert was ordered and never brought out, when we said cancel they didn’t care that they just canceled it. Then we left to play games tab was still open came back to our food, drinks and prizes we won gone from our table. Manager did fix the issue but there was one to many things to be fixed. Was very unsatisfied.

My grandkids and i had a wonderful time the food is always delicious. Right after eating i took my granddaughter to the bathroom came back her backpack was gone and my son was sitting at the table the backpack was in a chair behind his back i looked everywhere ask many employees no one seen the backup i called customer service left message on two different calls a manger was suppose to give me a call or email me almost a week later nothing. I went to the restaurant today told the manager he went in the back no luck .There was money in her backpack and other items she loved I will continue visit but make sure we keep our eyes open wide.

It was a first visit for the 4 of us around $100 for dinner no alcohol 2 lemonades and 1 appetizer, and food of course, it’s very loud and low lights appeared to have great space for large parties game area is totally separate and entered separately which is great, staff were very friendly .
