   I would never expect a 5 star experience at a Dave & Buster’s but the service for restaurant here was pretty bad. PRICING: We paid $82.45 after tax for two of the “Eat & Play Combo” options with a $35 play card ($39.99 each). You get to choose one of the entrees from the 6 options they have and it includes a refillable fountain drink or unflavored tea. CLEANLINESS: The play area and bathrooms were clean overall. No major complaints. In the restaurant, the cushion on our booth was incredibly tattered and worn. SERVICE: Our server, Cedric, was actually great! He was friendly, made sure we had drink refills throughout the meal, and did his best to take our order and get food out to us quickly. It wasn’t his fault but the kitchen brought out the burger and then we had to wait over 10 minutes for the boneless wings to come out. The burger and fries were basically cold by the time the other entree came out and we could both eat at the same time. ALL-AMERICAN SMASHED BURGER ( 7/10) - I was actually pleasantly surprised by this burger! The bun was toasted nicely, the burger patties had tons of flavor, and the toppings were all fresh. The fries were okay. BONELESS WINGS (6/10) - These were fine… you get 10 boneless wings tossed in a sauce of your choice with ranch or bleu cheese and a few celery sticks plus a side of fries. The garlic parmesan sauce had good flavor and the chicken pieces were cooked well. Again, the fries are just okay. We came for a fun afternoon of some competitive games and cheap eats and that’s what we got. A majority of the games worked and we had fun playing the Connect 4 basketball, Hot Shot, and a few of the other sports related games. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend Dave & Busters to others unless you know what you’re getting yourself into… there will be a bunch of kids running around, it’s going to be loud, and the food is going to be mediocre. But, if you want to have some fun playing some games, it’ll get the job done!

   The night was ruined by drama between the front of house staff and the kitchen, and was complicated further by the GM, Eddie, abandoning our table after trying to intervene. Came to have a meal and play video games with my kid, but never got to play because I was dealing with the staff's inability to communicate with each other. Really awful experience.

   Me and my wifey had so much fun. We was there from 10pm to 130 am. We had a blast!!!

   Their food has gone down terribly over the last few years. Burger sliders advertising as smash burger sliders but that wasn't true. They were thick, unseasoned, and not cooked all the way. The dumpling things are mushy inside, clearly they are just the ones you buy from HEB and pop in the microwave. My son (10) the food just seems DRY and my daughter (12) didn't seem interested in any of the food. Back to the drawing board, please. Also, it takes a while to get a server to you.

   1 don’t make reservations on this app if you decide you want to reserve a spot. Just show up with 50 people 2 management is super unprofessional and hot literally a hot mess 3 there is a lot better places to spend your money 4 it’s so hot in the building it self 5 don’t even waste your time to come

   Lost my reservation even though I called 2 days in advance to validate they had received it. Still accommodated our 13 person party.

   Worst of the worst experience! We made a reservation from Dave&Buster's company website for a big team event. When we arrived and surprisingly found the place was double booked. The arrogant manager did not honor our online reservation. He said they had no control of online reservation and they will not contact people for issues with online reservations. Cannot believe it! Off my list forever

   On January 20th, my family and I came to Dave and Buster's to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. When we arrived I told the hostess I had a reservation for 3:00. It took over 20 minutes for us to be seated. After waiting for several minutes, another hostess walked up to the stand. I then asked her about the status of my reservation. I was told she was unsure why they didn't see my reservation. I showed her my confirmation text and the original text that was sent on January 10 that my reservation for January 20th was made. The day prior I spoke with Matt who was very helpful. I wished there was better communication as to why we were waiting for so long upon checking in. Our waiter Holly was very pleasant. The food was okay. My niece waited soo long for a salad she orderd. The table received all our food before she was served. It almost felt like they forgot.

    Need to hire more people. Server was very nice but tasked with far too many tables. Slowest service I may have ever had. Also took management 61 minutes to put a requested event on one TV, despite everyone promising it would be on soon.
