Great service, brought food out quickly and we were shocked how good it was. Portions are family style so honestly we over ordered.

This was our 2nd time this month at Dashi. First time was for my 40th birthday. Should have been a big deal, took forever to get a server to just get our drink orders. What should have been a big celebration was then squashed by our service. Food is great this time. Fast forward a couple of weeks, made a reservation and came to check in. No one there. Some guy comes to check us is and seems annoyed. Seats us. Same server from last time. Forgets to bring something I ordered and had to ask other server. Also, never checked on us to see how dinner was going and if we needed more water or drinks. Very disappointing. Especially when you spend a lot of money to eat out.

The Spicy and Tangy noods were neither spicy or tangy but bitter and unappealing visually. It had one small bok choy and I saw no soy crisps. Sorry I didn’t take a picture. The green beans were great. My mother ordered the appetizer that had fried fish, shrimp, and wings (they were all good) with cucumbers and a pickle with radishes carrots and garlic. The pickles were tasteless except for something bitter. She didn’t get her food until 15 minutes after I got my noodles. The service was spotty and we had to flag our waiter down twice to get his attention. They were not that busy. I expected this to be a great adventure but I was overall disappointed.

Nothing glaringly wrong just wasn’t good enough to justify the price. Service was decent but nothing to write home about. Food was mediocre at best, not bad but wouldn’t compete against other restaurants with similar price ranges.

Food was incredible. Sichuan flavors rang really authentic. Some dishes have a notable personal flair from the chef. Would recommend to anyone who loves Sichuan.

We’ve gone here multiple times and are never disappointed! The shrimp and jalapeño pork dish were delicious!

I heard great things about this restaurant so decided to try it. No expectation other than I had heard good things but it was very underwhelming. The service was extremely slow. I didn't like that you could not order a cup of soup. We were forced to order a trough for 2 people. The hot and sour soup was very oily/greasy which I really didn't understand considering there is not meat. My husband's food came out about 5 minutes before mine. The food was just not that great and the server never checked on us during our meal. I would pass on this one.

Oh My God. We have discovered a real gem. This is the second time I ate there this week. Discovered it for lunch with my son and just had to go back for dinner and take my wife and son as well. Their food and seasonings are out of this world and thee family style service really gos over well with us. Love to taste everyone’s order; this is a great way to do it. And price is right! We’ll be back over and over.
