Service was awful! Ordered an 18 oz bone in ribeye that was supposedly 45 day dry aged. Not sure that’s true. Steak was over cooked, ordered fries which were under cooked (barely fried). Server never came to my table after food was delivered to check in. Very disappointing!

I believe it will be a great place, they just have some things to line out. Took 4 hours to get our food. But have to say it was delish when it finally arrived and they did comp us with 2 complimentary appetizers while waiting which were very good also.

Newer restaurant still going through growing pains. The were out of several items on the menu. For the price tag, I feel like training new wait staff is unfortunate. It's possible our server had never done this before. Heavy emphasis on getting cocktails ordered before the meal, but then did not follow up with wine with dinner. They were very accommodating for we had two small children with us who I'm sure were a bit disruptive for one table near us. The entre plates are small, so don't skip the soup/salad or starters or get some sides for sharing (which I feel like our server should have encouraged this). Over all, I don't mind paying for great ambiance, service and food, but these folks are still working on it. The ambiance is very good though. The building is beautiful and fits in great with the Bourbon industry and they should be fine (foot traffic) given the tourist industry. I'll come back in 3 months or so and give it another try.

We stayed at The Delegate and decided to dine there after a great night at BT. Food and service were spot on!!

Service was terrible, didn’t get a menu for 20 minutes and I had to ask for it. The quality of the food was poor, the steak was clearly a terrible cut at a premium price. I frequent restaurants at this price point and it’s by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant at this price point. The food and service was inferior to what you’d get at Waffle House. Needless to say I won’t be coming back and they won’t last long because no one who spends that kind of money at restaurants would ever go there more than once

The restaurant is beautiful and the menu has a good balance of meals. Our server was very attentive. The cocktails were delicious and all of the food we got was exceptional. We tried the poutine and meatballs with mushrooms and zucchini as sides. The zucchini was among the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant and the meatballs were a decent size. Although it was on the more expensive side, I feel like the cost was justified by the attention to the ingredients, taste and environment.

Wonderful new additional to Frankfort. They have done a wonderful job on the renovation and the food was fabulous.

Had the tenderloin special which was excellent one of the best old fashions I’ve had anywhere. Reservation on open table went smoothly but when I tried to increase from 2 to 4 guest I called the number 3 days in a row and never got a call back. This was mitigated when I checked in to The Delégate the made the change for me. Will definitely eat there again

I enjoyed our first visit and look forward to returning! I am glad to have a new choice for dining here in Frankfort. My food was delicious and the dessert was especially good. Highly recommended!
