After reading so many great reviews I was excited to try Curate. However the overall experience was very disappointing. We were seated at a table in the corner of the restaurant directly above a speaker, making conversation difficult, with a view of the coat rack - not the beautiful views that are often mentioned and are available from almost every other table. The food was mediocre and our server was disengaged. Perhaps we visited on an off day, but I can only give a review based on my own personal experience and that of the others in my party.

Lovely ambience and varied menu. Only complaint is the grilled chicken was cooked too well done and dried out. I would order anything else.

We went for dinner and it was delightful! Amazing appetizers and entrees, very fresh and flavorful. The team has put a lot of thought into the dishes. I feel like “Cafe” undervalues this as a serious dining spot; maybe at least for dinner as the meal was exceptional and not “cafe” at all.

Irate never fails to impress. Food, service and ambiance are superb. Located in the Southern Vermont Arts Center, where today the member artists exhibition opened. Tonya, our regular server in the dining room is wonderful. She is the best! I had a delish cup of soup to start followed by the Denver Omelette and great home fries. My partner had the fried chicken sandwich without the bread and loved every bite. For desert we split a chocolate dish which was spectacular.

Excellent lunch spot, especially when there are not a lot of places to eat lunch in Manchester, VT. The food is delicious, the atmosphere cozy and elegant, and the service is excellent! The biggest plus is being able to explore the art work at The Southern Vermont Arts Center before or after lunch! A must see for yourself experience!

Ambiance, view, food and service are the best. We always love this neighborhood favorite. Tonya is our favorite server and she is the best. Food is terrific.
