Cuisine & Wine Bistro debuted in March 2015 when Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz purchased the former MWC Bistro in Gilbert. Just a year later, CWB Chandler opened its doors. This move let Fabrice work his culinary magic in the kitchen, delighting the palates of the bistro's ever-expanding and loyal customer base. Cuisine & Wine Bistro proudly garners Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for the consecutive years '21, '22, and '23. This prestigious accolade reflects our exceptional wine program, expertly curated by certified sommelier Killian Buschtetz.

My business had me traveling for 40 years. I have eaten in the great "food" cities of the U.S. Cuisine and Wine matches with any restaurant I have been to. I know, I sound like some hipster hooked on hyperbole, but this is a fine dining experience. Best place I've ever eaten in Arizona by far. Had bacon-wrapped filet with bernaise sauce and my wife had duck breast. French onion soup was primo. But the bacon/bleu cheese brussells sprouts were a total surprise...delicious. You can order a $12 glass of wine or a $2,500 bottle from the extensive and sophisticated wine list curated by a sommelier. Our server, Laura, completed our wonderful night with her skill, courtesy, and knowledge. Attentive, but not obstrusive, she made it even better. It's so rare to see something like this in this generally tired culinary landscape.

We did the new years dinner. It was wonderful. Great menu and good food. Service was exceptional as always.

Cuisine and Wine Bistro never fails to deliver. Even on New Years Eve service was top-notch. Menu was great. Food perfect. Great wine selection. Super cocktails. What else can you ask for? We'll be back...a lot.

Excellent French food in a relaxed bistro setting. Thoroughly enjoyed a leisurly meal with the family. Appetizers, entrees, and desserts all flavorful and perfectly cooked.

Overall experience was very good except my wife's fish was overcooked. The waitress has done a good job trying to fix it. However, my wife was a bit disappointed as she has high expectation to show our daughters one of her favorite restaurants and to celebrate my daughter's birthday at the same time.

Excellent. Pork chop was especially delicious. Service is always fantastic. Beautiful restaurant with wonderful French food.
