Visit the handsome restaurant at Crutherland House in East Kilbride and enjoy a wonderful selection of dishes, created with ingredients that are carefully sourced and treated with respect by our team of talented chefs. That’s why you’ll appreciate the quality of the steak cooked exactly the way you want it, whether you’re a ribeye lover, a sirloin fan or just crave the tastiest burger around. All our beef is hung for at least 21 days and our white fish is sustainable – so our Battered North Sea Haddock and hand cut chips is a favourite dish with great provenance, too. There’s something for everyone on the menu so leave the inspiration to us – simply sit back and enjoy a first-class dining experience. If you prefer something more casual, relax in the Lounge Bar and enjoy a drink and something lighter to eat. Both our dining areas are open to non-residents and the stunning countryside views are a bonus.

Having read some of the reviews I wasn’t sure this would be a great experience. It was the best afternoon tea I have ever had. Everything on the cake stand was fresh and delicious. The waiter was lovely, very good at his job. Being a Tuesday it was quiet but very enjoyable. The only downside was it was a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is a poor quality hotel. Nothing luxury about it. Staff polite, efficient and attentive except for one of the Spa receptionists. She needs a course on customer service. Housekeeping team let the hotel down. Don't go there if you want a quiet relaxing weekend in the Spa. Private letter of complaint sent to Head Office. From someone who rarely complains but this one has crossed the line. Feel sorry for the lovely staff.

The food was okay, wasnt much of choice for vegetarians half the dessert menu wasn't available but the staff were friendly & polite.

Attended for dinner as part of dinner bed and breakfast package with my husband and 6 year old son. Service was initially very good, very friendly staff and order taken quickly/food arrived quickly. Started and main course were excellent. Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the dessert although my husband did like his. What I had originally ordered wasn’t available. I heard then tell other tables this but no one told me. I only understood after my dessert arrived and I realised it was different to what I ordered. When the restaurant became busy, staff struggled to cope. There was a 20minute wait for the bill due to a larger tabling payment issue and malfunctioning card machine. The staff were very kind and apologetic. I could see they were trying their best and possibly just a bad night. We would definitely come back as up until dessert everything was great.
