The Crow’s Nest Restaurant, Tavern and Marina has been serving the Venice, FL community since 1976. With the freshest seafood and most flavorful dishes, the Crow’s Nest strives to prides itself on providing 5-star experiences for their guests each and every time they visit.

The upstairs dining room provides a fine dining experience with a fantastic view of the water for lunch or dinner. The wood-paneled and cozy tavern downstairs serves for a more casual experience and is open all day.

You can also enjoy their full-service marina, offering overnight dockage, gas and diesel pumps, and all the supplies you need for a day or week on the water. You can also rent their paddleboat, one or two person kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles and more!

    Beautiful day with a delightful waterside lunch. Nick did a great job of taking care of us. Our party had a Mahi sandwich, a burger, seafood bisque, & a tropical salad and it was all delicious! Will definitely be back!

    As always we had an awesome experience. Our server Shelly was Very Good. Dinner was outstanding. Can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend.

    Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Carly, was friendly and attentive. The only complaint is the parking. We got there at 1 pm and wound up parking 2 blocks away (and then you better read all of the posted signs as many areas are forbidden for parking). I believe that our timing was bad as many of the lunch crowd had not left yet. Nonetheless, they could use a bigger parking lot and more than one handicapped parking spot.

    We were celebrating our 55 anniversary. We mentioned it in our reservation and it was acknowledged by all the staff from the time we walked in. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Very delicious. Our meal was complete with a complementary piece of key lime pie for our anniversary. Very much appreciated it is my husbands favorite.

    My parents and I had a wonderful evening celebrating my mom’s birthday. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone acknowledged my mom’s birthday which made her feel special. We ate in the upstairs dining room and were seated promptly with a great view. All food was delicious and service was quick. I loved the New England clam chowder and the walnut crusted salmon. My mom really enjoyed her crab cakes. They even brought out a key lime pie with a candle in it to celebrate. We ended up getting the NY cheesecake and crème brûlée as well. Everything was delicious! We will definitely make this an annual tradition here in Venice.

    Everything was just fine. Ate indoors looking out over the water. Service was excellent. Met friends we had nit seen in 13 years. Server did not rush us at all. The only complaint (which I did not bring up) was I ordered a seafood platter. I asked could I take the fried shrimp off and add more fried oysters. Was told yes but when platter arrived there were only 6 oysters. Still had plenty to eat with the large piece of fish. Overall we would certainly eat here again.
