Credence is a South Texas, ranch-inspired upscale restaurant with a focus on live-fire cooking. Chef and two-time James Beard Award-nominated restaurateur Levi Goode's inaugural concept promises a culinary exploration of Texas through his unique perspectives on the region's food, people, culture, and the culmination of a lifetime of stories.

Join us on the lawn on May 3rd, 4pm at Credence for a celebration like no other as we host a viewing party for the Derby! We will have a video wall, live music, signature cocktails by Woodford and Herradura and curated bites from the culinary team from Levi Goode Brands. Come dressed in your best Derby attire and win the title of best hat! Open air general admission tickets are $125 and feature bites and two signature cocktails. Limited VIP offerings with private viewing areas are available starting at $500 per person.

Food and service were amazing as usual. The duck service is easily one of the best entrees in the entire region, amazing diversity of flavors and textures. This restaurant continues to be of the highest quality since it opened.

This was our 3rd time here, The Red Headed Stranger is an excellent cocktail to start with. The food is very tasty but not over done. The sides are great to share. While still a great evening, did notice that the serving team was a little understaffed when compared to our prior two visits. Sunday night or spring break might have been a factor. Still a nice evening and highly recommended.

Credence was amazing as usual! We have been here several times before in their lounge area and bar. We made a note in the reservation to celebrate my birthday. Russell mentioned it as soon as we sat down and made the entire experience wonderful! Service was attentive and fast. All of our servers were helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! Our table ordered a variety of surf and turf appetizers and entrées. We love coming here and will be back. They made the special occasion even better.

Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the restaurant. Service was a bit slow and we had to ask for our server to take our order. I loved the lighting, ambience and the red snapper was excellent. We found the bbq shrimp good but the play on grits inside pasta pockets was a bit heavy. We would come back!

Excellent well trained service staff stands out at Credence. A special request was communicated to the chef and flawlessly executed. The snapper was cooked to perfection. The deviled crabs were declared “best ever” by my wife. We will soon return (again).

The BEST last-minute anniversary dinner we have ever enjoyed. So lucky to get a table for us on a Wednesday night to celebrate 20 years of marriage. The ambiance, service, taste of everything was outstanding. Deviled crabs and oysters to start, pork schnitzel and dry smoked steak, salads and cocktails were amazing. The Bundt cake with cream was surprisingly flavorful and the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. Will return with friends! 🥰
