   Booked to feed my 8 and 12 year old grandchildren only to be told when seated, they do not offer a childrens menu (Even the Lobby of the Penninsula Hotel does!) This resulted in a £25 main course of Spag Pommadora for an 8 year old. Service not as good as it should be at this price level: (a) 2 x fresh orange juice delivered instead of requested 2 x San Pellegrino Orange. (b) Failed to deliver the ordered portion of fries. Food was very good but the lack of a children's menu makes it an expensive visit with two of them and I will not be returning.

   Restaurant did not have our reservation when we arrived.lots of open tables but only offered a table right by the entrance. Welcome was not particularly pleasant. Service started really slow and when we finally ordered all of of food (appetizers and mains) were brought at the same time. Once the food did arrive it was very good but a little pricey for what you get. Wouldn’t recommend.

   The stuff was absolutely rude. The food was oily. We told you should’ve not eaten the food and it could not giving me the manager name so I can’t speak or raise a complaint They take the order wrong and we wait an hour before we even served.  I never experience such a bad service and rudeness from the stuff in the restaurant and it’s supposed to be a fancy and respectful place

   The reception lady with the orange hair color she was rude with us we wanted to sit and she told us we must have reservation while there was people coming and she let them to sit without reservation.

   We had to ask for our drinking 3 times every time we ordered a round. Our pizza came 45 minutes after our starter, when asked why it’s taken so long, the response we got was because Italy had just been kicked out the euros. Then we spoke to the manager expressed how unhappy we were with the service, and she said she’d knock some money off our bill, after waiting a further 15mins and having to ask again she then brought over our bill with everything still on it and even 15% service charge. After complaining again she finally took some money off the bill, but it still didn’t add up to the appalling service we experienced. We wouldn’t have minded so much if the restaurant was busy, there was about 10 customers in there and about 20 staff.
