You CAN park anywhere!! Please put your due diligence in when searching for a spot. Please do not park in the spaces directly up front with the business names on them unless they are closed. Turn right at the mailboxes and go all the way down to look for a spot in that area. You may go through the gates, as long as you are out by 6!! After you have done all of this and you still can not find a spot, you may park across the street or at the Credit Union, which is located just down the street.

Lone Tree offers a free LINK ride from any Lone Tree area. RTD Lite Rail is 2 blocks South of us off of Park Meadows Drive, directly across from Kaiser Permanente. You may park publicly inside the Waterford complex in any space; DO NOT park in the spaces up-front that clearly state the business name, unless they are closed. Make sure to go right

The food is amazing. The prizes seem high until you get there…. The portions are so generous and the food is such high quality and fresh. The service is always amazing. The decor is beautiful. I give 5 stars because we are never disappointed. My only complaint is the noise level. The music is so loud it causes everyone to yell at each other to have a conversation. They are full all of the time ( well deserved) but the tables are close together and it’s difficult to have a good conversation with the music and shouting. 5 stars all day that one thing keeps us from Going weekly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We made a reservation for noon on Thursday. There were no available parking spaces. The only ones available had signs that they were reserved for prospective apartment tenants, take out or for the yoga business next to the restaurant and that violators would be towed at their own expense. I think there were two reserved spots for restaurant customers, but that's it. Because we had a handicapped person joining us, I went into the restaurant and talked with the management because there were no available parking spots. She looked at me like I was crazy and said we could clearly park anywhere. Because of the obvious signs, we didn't want to chance parking anywhere and being towed. My husband parked across a busy street and crossed at a traffic light to get to the restaurant and our disabled friend waited until a nearby spot opened up for him to park. The food and service were amazing but the atmosphere was very loud for normal conversation. I would go back for the food alone, but it was very inconvenient.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant!! The food is excellent and so is the wait staff. The parking is terrible though. We had our family Christmas lunch there. Can hardly wait to go back.

AMAZING! Highly recommend reservations as it was very busy. We were promptly sat upon our arrival. Our waiter asked if it was our first time dining there and we responded that it was. Ordered holiday inspired cocktails followed by a bottle of wine. Both were amazing. We received free garlic knots since it was our first time there. Soft, buttery-garlic goodness! I ordered Lasagna and it was the BEST I have ever had (even when compared to my time in Italy). Every moment left a positive impression: The greeting at the door, our waiter, the food/dessert/drinks, and atmosphere. We can't wait to come back and bring our friends. Thank you!

We enjoyed our date night at Cranelli's in Lone Tree. We were seated in the heated patio which was warm, quiet and quaint. The food was amazing.

We LOVE Cranelli’s, food is always amazing, service is always on point! This time we went on a Friday & it was crazy loud in there. The music was way too loud!! It was hard to have a conversation with the other people at my table. Might stick to just the weekdays or next time maybe ask to have the music turned down. Overall it was a good dinner.
