We arrived at 14.15 for our booking, upgraded from counter to a table on arrival. Unfortunately after ordering our food the order was lost in the kitchen. Our order arrived after about an hour pre-seeded with an apology from the duty manager and he stated no charge for the food we ordered. A genuine mistake on the service side and the food was fantastic as usual. Great friendly staff This place is a great BBQ restaurant and we will eat there again the next chance we get, burnt ends and burgers are amazing.

We made a last minute reservation at a busy time of year and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful birthday meal, the meat was delicious and here’s hoping we win the Instagram prize with our posts!

1st time visitors, and we must say, the food was amazing, flavours never tasted before, and meat that just melts in the mouth. We did find that it was a little loud inside, but brushed that aside do to the amazing food. Can't wait to visit again Thank you Craft & Cleaver

As an American living in London, this is one of those spots I visit to feel a bit of home. The food and service are great. On this occasion, we were celebrating Thanksgiving. They do an amazing set menu that meets the needs of everyone in the family. My other half had a few of the signature cocktails as well and was giving high praises.

Met some friends for drinks and nibbles, so only had the chicken strips and fries which were top-quality. Cocktails were delicious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful - that perfect balance where you're looked after but not too frequently. The venue was less than half full (as we were there 4pm) but atmosphere was perfect : it wasn't too quiet, but conversely the music wasn't too loud that you felt you had to shout to be heard.

Smelt like wet dog. Glasses smelt horrible. Was not a great experience and we left to eat somewhere else.
