Taste the fresh ingredients harvested from local organic farms that are hand selected by Executive Chef Goran Basarov and exquisitely prepared by his culinary team into the savory dishes available on our new menus. Covey Grill features a casual elegance with its indoor and outdoor dining located alongside the natural backdrop of Quail's sparkling pond and lush gardens. Our Carmel, CA restaurant is proudly guided in the principles of sustainability by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and focuses on local farm to table options.

We offer a variety of menus throughout the week between our two restaurants, Covey Grill and Edgar's Restaurant.
Wednesday Dinners Chef Goran exquisitely curates our Love Thy Neighbor menu each week, a unique three-course dinner for $59++. 5PM-9PM every Wednesday.
We offer our Sunday Dinners from Edgar's Restaurant with a unique menu curated with our Quail Lodge Golf Members favorite items from 5PM-9PM every Sunday.

What an epicurean adventure you will have on a Wednesday night at the Covey. Chef Goran creates the most exquisitely delicious,varied and artfully prepared food imaginable.Waitstaff are incredible. We are so lucky to have this gem in Carmel Valley.

Through Open Table we couldn't tell that it was a set menu at $59 per person with only three choices for appetizers and entrees and two choices for desserts. There were no salads available, just red meat and seafood. We wouldn't go back.

It was a Friday night and very quiet. Only a few patrons in the bar and only few of us in the dining room. Dinner was great, the tuna appetizer was delicious and the butternut squash soup. The ravioli was also very good. The endive and pear salad was served "deconstructed," which I don't prefer. I like a fully chopped salad with all the fixings. But, the flavor was good. Service was excellent and it was a slow night.

Excellent meal. We had Thanksgiving dinner at Covey Grill and it exceeded our expectations. Food was creative, well prepared and flavorful. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Prices were reasonable for the quality. We were very pleased.

Fantastic meal for our first anniversary. Arnel was a great server and very attentive, we had shishito peppers to start and the Quail burger and spinach & artichoke ravioli for mains. All food was excellent. Had blueberry pie for dessert, so delicious!

Service was excellent. The food presentation was elegant and the flavors came together beautifully in each course. Good combination of textures that complemented The food. Will be back
