So happy to see one of Charlestons best chefs, Zach Woody, cooking at Coterie. It’s a great place , with wonderful patio dining, that is not on the tourists radar. We look forward to watching the menu evolve under his direction.

Don’t sleep on this place. The decor and ambiance was so fresh but cozy. The flavors and pairing’s were phenomenal!

I just had the pleasure of enjoying a Thanksgiving tasting menu, and it was truly exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully crafted, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The seasonal flavors were spot on, and everything was prepared to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious meal!

Absolutely amazing experience here. My husband and I are still talking about it. The server shared they recently changed their menu to Modern French and everything from the cocktail to the dishes were delicious!! I think we had about 5ish plates including the brisket and fish…all knocked out of the park! Can’t wait to come back to Charleston to eat here again!

Two bites of the fish made me absolutely ill, the staff was so sweet and accommodating but rather than move a party of seven I just could not eat anything else. I have been up all night due to it. The chicken and brisket were reported to be delicious. Just avoid the fish.

Our dinner for two was exactly what we wanted, food was fantastic, great menu with something for everyone, gives vegan options without skimping. even on a cold night the outdoor patio was great and perfectly temperature controlled and warm. Big fan of the hanging plants and 2000’s R&B radio.

Almost empty on Sunday night; large group of us for a pre show dinner. First time there. Great ambiance. Server seemed generally in knowledgeable. Limited menu which we knew going in, food (what little there was of it) very flavorful. No “table bread” or other simple offerings. Small pricey cocktails which is kinda the norm, but one of the three beers they have was out. Ordered humus as an app but it came after the entrees, which took at least 45 minutes to arrive. Seemed like forever given maybe one other couple was there dining. Unfortunately we probably won’t be back given the competing choices in the area

The food is so creative and always changing. Between three of us we tried 7 different item and would do them all again. The cocktails are also amazing. This place is a hidden gem!

For being so close to King St., it was pleasantly quiet and the service was great. The mixologist did not disappoint. We (my wife and I) intend to come back for dinner. Definitely recommend the beef carpaccio!
